My old man, Bruce Johnston, has taken it upon himself to build a seventeen foot strip plank sea kayak. This project would have taken off a little earlier if it wasn’t for a recent injury leaving him out of action for three months with a snapped achillies tendon and a broken ambition.

Since then, all has healed and he has been back in the workshop crafting this beautiful kayak.
